Konfer Agent Assurance Guided Demo Notice

Service-specific notice · September 10, 2026

This Agent Assurance Guided Demo Notice (the “Demo Notice”) applies only with respect to the Konfer Agent Assurance Guided Demo (the “Demo”). By accessing the Demo, or by checking or selecting an “I agree” or similarly worded box or button indicating your acceptance of this Demo Notice, you accept and agree to be bound by this Demo Notice. This Demo Notice, together with the Konfer Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which are hereby incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with regard to the Demo. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Demo Notice have the meanings given in the Terms. With respect to the use and provision of the Demo, to the extent this Demo Notice conflicts with the Terms, this Demo Notice controls.

1. Free evaluation Demo

For purposes hereof, the Demo is the Service, as defined in the Terms. Konfer currently provides the Demo without Fees for internal evaluation and internal business purposes. In its sole discretion, Konfer may change, suspend, or discontinue the Demo at any time.

2. Seeded scenarios and Your Content

Konfer-provided seeded scenarios use synthetic demonstration telemetry and do not represent your production environment.

A file uploaded by you is Your Content. The public upload workflow accepts supported OTLP or OpenInference JSONL telemetry, currently limited to 100 telemetry span records and the file-size limit displayed by the Demo. Konfer may reject unsupported, unsafe, or nonconforming files.

You agree not to upload passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, or other data requiring heightened or regulated handling unless Konfer has expressly authorized that submission in writing.

3. Limited use of Your Content

Solely with respect to Your Content uploaded in connection with the use and provision of the Demo, and notwithstanding any broader permission in the Terms under “Anonymized, Aggregated Data” or “Our Right to Use Your Content,” Konfer may process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to: (a) validate, normalize, analyze, and generate the requested Outputs; (b) provide, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the Demo; (c) maintain and reuse tenant-scoped cached processing results during the content-retention period; and (d) comply with law and prevent or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents. Konfer may permit service providers acting on Konfer’s behalf to process Your Content only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

With respect to Your Content uploaded in connection with the use and provision of the Demo, Konfer will not use Your Content for model training, unrelated product improvement, marketing, or cross-tenant reuse.

4. Content retention and delivery links

Konfer retains uploaded files, live run content, generated artifact content, and tenant-scoped cached content for 30 days after the run is created and then deletes them through the configured retention process, subject to a legal hold or a narrowly limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling need.

A completion link ordinarily expires after 7 days. A signed artifact download URL ordinarily expires after 24 hours. Expiration of a link does not extend the underlying 30-day content-retention period.

Retention of account, contact, consent, authentication, security, cost, and other non-content operational records is addressed in our Privacy Policy and is not governed by the content periods above.

5. Generated analysis and narration

The Demo may generate analysis, findings, scores, recommendations, visualizations, reports, and narrated playback from submitted telemetry. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you.

Effective date: September 10, 2026.
